Principle Attorney
Elsa completed her B-Proc (Baccalaureus Procurationis) degree in 1999 after studying at the Potchefstroom University for Christian Higher Education (now North West University) from 1996 to 1999. She has experience in working for firms such as Wentzel Viljoen & Swart Attorneys and Lategan Viljoen & Pretorius Attorneys before going into private practice in 2005.
In 2015, Elsa qualified as a mediator. Elsa believes that perception is very important in the legal profession. Many people have a negative perception of attorneys, so she is always honest with her clients and does her best to act in their best interests.
For the future, Elsa would like to grow the business a bit but still retain the one-on-one relationship that she has with her clients, as she believes that if you pay for an attorney’s attention, that’s what you should get.
